1. SCotUS can take up the ban on the order now, if asked. The ban IN the order -- much later.

The Executive Order is stayed by the Court ban pending future developments. It is only the enforcement that has been blocked for now, though the judgement is very indicative of future prospects.

Litigating the actual order will take much longer and has to start from the bottom with an injured or aggrieved party that has standing.

3. Thanks, Do you think we will have an idea by August? I'm worried about traveling

until we have precedent, and my daughter is over seas and does visit different countries, we look at is as a fabulous opportunity as she studies.
