Is the Pentagon's lease at a Trump property required

to be competitively bid? Or did Cheney do away with all competive bidding with the govt?

requires competitive bidding for all government agencies. But there are exceptions and in this case my guess is they will not competitively bid it out because they'll say it's critical to be very close to Trump. So they'll Single Source it and justify it. Where they may get hung up is they are required to perform a Price Analysis proving that the price Trump is charging is "fair & reasonable".
