I think western Pennsylvanians like me remember Ruddy from his endless investigation into "the Vince Foster Affair" for the Pgh Tribune-Review, owned and underwritten by Richard Mellon Scaife. I recall he was pretty much laughed out of town, but he seems to have landed on his feet at fakeNewsMax.
