Congress Considering Rescinding Christmas, Mother's Day Holidays

The R Congress is now considering doing away with Christmas and Mother's Day because they learned that President Obama had positive things to say about both holidays.

The good (sic) news is that Congress will be adding a 10¢-per-gallon surcharge to the federal gasoline tax to generate $ that will be lost by canceling Christmas. That tax money will be paid directly to the oil companies, and will be tax-free, as long as the oil companies institute a religious test and hire only Christians to work in their industry.
