It's a terrible situation with SCOTUS. This is extremely frustrating.

This absolutely sucks. They stole the seat and I don't see Senate Democrats being able to do anything about it.

Because of what the Republicans did, I - like many here I assume - think that the Democrats should filibuster and other tool that they have. But I also have concerns that ultimately that won't stop the appointment
and Donald could very well get another seat to fill and that would would likely be court altering.

I have read from some that they say pick your battles... generally I agree BUT, do Democrats fight this one and ultimately lose
making the second pick likely to be one with no filibuster, or do they not fight this time and still be in a situation where the GOP will STILL get their guy through.

It's a no win situation. Jesus, this fucking sucks.
