4 vote consistently conservative, 4 vote consistently liberal and Justice Kennedy is a swing vote and can go either way depending on the issue.

Hope that doesn't happen as Gorsuch strikes me as being a slick charming snake in the grass who has made it very clear that he strongly opposes liberal values
