What we have here, folks, is an "Autogolpe"

Autogolpe . .

Wikipedia -
"A self-coup (or autocoup, from the Spanish autogolpe) is a form of putsch or coup d'état in which a nation's leader, despite having come to power through legal means, dissolves or renders powerless the national legislature and unlawfully assumes extraordinary powers not granted under normal circumstances."

And unfortunately, we have to figure out how to get the Republicans to understand exactly what we're dealing with. Is there any vestigial Love of Country in those halls?

The autogolpe is being masterminded by an enemy power. A matryoshka coup d'etat.

I posted in the past that the matryoshka is deep in the Russian psyche. Strategy is overlaid in layers. Nothing Russian is straight forward, it is all wrapped in Byzantine wrappings; which is hard for us Americans to understand as we tend to be more what you see is what you get.

Sounds like a big drink. LOL !!

OK, here is a question.
What do we call someone who comes to power through 'seemingly' legal means, but--with outside influences from another country?

It's the next step in assuming total control.

In these steps we can assume that they will soon exert control over the internet and communications.

More bullshit now than ever.

They clearly love money and power and will destroy the country to get or keep more.
