Surprised? Of course you are. That is the intent.

The first surprise is followed by a blizzard of other "surprises" and shocks. So many that the authorities who might respond properly are snowed under with challenges, and also deprived of staffing with a hiring freeze. So thugs with vague authority
execute the vague new rules on the job and sort out the details later. Oh, that was a toy gun that 12 year old aimed at the cops when they shot him? They were surprised.

We see in the US a growing reckless presence of uniform military in public places as people take to the streets to protest. Then comes the cruel treatment of political prisoners and the threats against family members. There has been a degree of this quasi/military police presence since 9/11, really, since the 60s, so a bit more will go almost unnoticed. I'm sure we will be surprised at its extent, when finally unfolded.

The courts will be bogged down with desperate people trying to get out of new predicaments created by new crimes. Again, deprived of judges and staffing, these cases will go unresolved. Congress is frozen in fear. The prison population grows and grows. Surprised?

Strong people strut around and DO things! Just try to stop us while we race to make all our horrid "reforms" "legal. Surprise! Wait til you see our guns!

Guns? Weak folks like all the rest of us can do very very little against troops with machine guns and tanks and missiles. Can you say Aleppo?

Don't think that is coming for us in the US?

Surprise!

Trump will over-reach and grab all he can, knowing
even if he has to retreat, he's gained significant ground.
We have to beat them back, over and over.
Keep resisting.

Logical would mean realizing they don't have a mandate and throwing some bones to the other side.

They are all about the win, in the moment, and stunning people to the point they don't know how to defend themselves anymore.

They abhor strangers out of fear (conservative minds have a brain defect, or affect ) and can only tolerate others grossly like themselves. It's an OCD-like thing. They can't help themselves.

Google "conservative brains," it's a fascinating read. Also conservatives have been fighting hard to debunk the science because abortions cause breast cancer etc. i.e., they are morons. So be forewarned. We are in a fight with impulsive DELUSIONAL people who can't help themselves. We call them secondary psychopaths, people who must adopt psychopathic behavior in order to survive the primary psychopath. They can't choose "not obey" it would provoke a psychotic break.
