Some of us need to stop cowering in the face of Trumpism.
Now I see posts that SuperDrumpf and his boy Bannon are going to destabilize Canada and make them as fearful and hateful of Muslims as the Deplorables. This woe is me, the sky is falling shtick is as every bit as destructive and demoralizing as Tokyo Rose broadcasting to the American troops fighting Imperial Japan they couldn't win. STOP IT.
Canada has a proudly history of providing succor to the oppressed from the Underground Railroad to allowing the Sioux to hunt there when the United States was trying to exterminate them.
It's time to stand up straight, take the "kick me" sign off your ass and be proud you're a progressive. Posterity will than you.
