Let me tell you how I think that would come about. He is doing a good job pissing other countries off and he will say and/or do something to encourage someone to bomb us somewhere. THAT will be his excuse to bomb them. If they bomb us first then he feels he can not be blamed. I think he is evil enough to kill thousands of us to help himself. Yes, evil and scary.
