Why hasn't there been any protests outside of the offices of the House and Senate?

5. We Need To Take The Protesting Down To The Congressional District Level.....

Your congressman is probably already running for his/her next election. They only have a 2 year term. They want to keep their job. They will react to protests that impact on their ability to become a career politician. This is the only thing that they will react to. If they don't react - vote them out of office and put in someone who will be responsive to us.
