Shout out - immigration lawyers descending on major airports! GOOD ON THEM!!!

At least 10 to 15 immigration attorneys have gathered at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX international terminal to help travelers, mostly from Iran, who have been detained, one of the attorneys said Saturday.

Dozens of attorneys crowded the international terminal {at O'Hare} for most of the afternoon Saturday, offering pro bono legal aid to anyone who said their family members were being held by authorities. U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky also was working to secure the release of those being detained, saying at one point she was helping with 18 cases.

U.S Reps. John Lewis and Hank Johnson arrived at the {Atlanta} airport Saturday night and were greeted by a small throng of activists and lawyers.
