due to "irreparable harm" - 1 was released - 1 held.

Brooklyn court house, they won!

The Stay freezes the EO, which should cause all those retained to be released, or at least not deported, and the ban to be halted.

Lawyers working nationwide to make sure law is followed.

Still trying to figure it out!
