Military type action. First hit will be Hillary and Obama for creating public resentment towards him. His tweets about protests have been just short of that.

Then if that does not work,then comes the Guard. Won't be Civil War,maybe the Alt Right will over step. But one never knows,protests can go militant over some ones over reaction.
