Anyone watching livestream of JFK protest?

This Muslim ban is terrifying. Hold me

Citizen streams are the best for big protests and civil unrest, IMO. 24-hour news wants to make the story exciting so they encourage misbehavior. But citizen streams just document.

Wow, It's amazing how the tone changes when the riot police show up. So far no violence, but a definite angry edge to the crowd when they show up in full masks and billy clubs. It calmed down after they moved away.

I watched Ferguson the same way, on citizen live streams days before the 24-news was paying attention. There is the same potential for open rebellion and real violence now.

What scares me is that Bannon and his crazy crew of white supremacist seem to be in charge right now and they WELCOME the chaos. The robber baron crew of corporate criminals just want to steal our money, but don't want actual blood in the streets. Same with Pence and his Christianist buddies. But the supremacists are nihilists and thugs.

Great series of images here to help tell story.

Also noticed afraid and shaking emoticons at top!

So there's a big ol' DU group hug just for you!

They must continue to grow and never give up while remaining violence free.

At some point, they may need to, but for now, they are much more affective by remaining peaceful.

But it looks like people are standing up and speaking out - including an impressive number of our leaders throughout the country - from NYC to Washington State!

It's all so random and exhausting. You fix what's killing you first and ignore the rest, I guess. ACLU is on it.

Problem with FB Live and Periscope is the tend to pop up and go down quickly. But I would love to see them.
