THE KREMLIN (Not The WH) Releases Statement on Call Between Trump and Putin

As of this posting, the White House has not released its readout yet.

The Kremlin statement says that both leaders showed “a disposition to actively work together on stabilization and development of Russian-American cooperation in a constructive, equal and mutually beneficial basis.”

Putin and Trump apparently discussed joint efforts to fight ISIS, and they also had this to say about both nations’ economic ties:

It stresses the importance of the restoration of mutually beneficial trade and economic ties between the business communities of the two countries, which could further stimulate progressive and stable development of bilateral relations.

There is no mention in the Kremlin statement of whether they discussed the issue of U.S. sanctions on Russia. Trump has considered lifting them, but some major Republicans are publicly calling on him to not do that.

Plus alt-right media will have to filter it correctly to their braindead masses.

I'd say, not until you get out of the Ukraine.

Oh, but that's a deal breaker? Then no lifted sanctions. We have to know we can trust you first.

than the U.S. administration. Neither government is to be believed, but still pretty pathetic that Russia has better communications on this issue.

Isn't this bit about sanctions ? Or am I misreading it ?

It stresses the importance of the restoration of mutually beneficial trade and economic ties between the business communities of the two countries, which could further stimulate progressive and stable development of bilateral relations.
