3. O'Bannon is the most disheveled guy I've ever seen...

in a supposedly professional environment. If I showed up for work on Casual Friday looking like he does on any given day, my boss would immediately send me home, probably with a bar of soap.

Homeless people can't help how they look. But I've encountered many who are way, WAY more put together than that guy. He offends in just about every way possible, and he has no excuse.
