He is so freaking rude & ignorant....

You don't call the Prime Minister of Great Britain by her first name. It's Prime Minister May...not Teresa ( sp)

There are protocols and social respect when meeting with foreign officials. But I forgot there's nobody left in the State Dept. To teach these guys.

and a very experienced one is going to offend a lot of people from other cultures. He'd better find a good one soon, or he's going to step on his dick almost every time he encounters foreign heads of state.

Oh, wait. That would be impossible for Trump to do. Maybe I should have written step on his shoelace...

I noticed years ago watching The Apprentice. He then demanded to be called "Mr Trump," and will now use first names and expect to be called Mr President.

for her. She had to jump in a couple times to answer her own question.

I imagine, in private, her saying, "That man is a boob!"

I am reminded of the fact that Harry Truman always referred to his wife as Mrs. Truman. Never by her first name.

IIRC, Michelle 'touched' Queen Elizabeth on their first visit to her, a friendly pat on her arm or something similar. The old girl was so upset that she subsequently invited Michelle and the girls to visit her during a non-official private trip, and even had a royal carriage brought out to the palace for the girls to have a ride in. Then there was something even more idiotic concerning POTUS 44 when he offered a toast to the queen. (I'm blanking on the specifics.)

It all caused the queen to dislike them so much that upon the Obamas' last official visit, she and Prince Phillip unexpectedly met them at their helicopter and personally drove them to wherever they were meeting. Literally. They all got in the same car, with Prince Phillip behind the wheel.

Meanwhile, it's all right for the Electoral College Winner Trump to actually behave like a buffoon.
