A shame VF didn't have the stones to run that cover here in the states...

Remember the good old days when the Clinton's immense wealth made the out-of-touch with regular people??

A lot of the more "docile" and "low status" populations looks up to wealth. Think monarchy etc.

It's weird - the authoritarians attract two kinds of people: the very strong dominator aggressives, and the weak, passive fear based personalities. Both tend to worship the powerful and their wealth and pageantry.
