Mexican president CANCELS trip to see Rump!

saying Trump was planning on ordering the wall.

So Trump actually, I think, was trying to cover his ass and make himself look like he's in the driver's seat. I bet the Mexican president was going to cancel and that would appear that dumpy didn't have exact control of the situation so he made the statement before the Mexican president could say it. Kind of like, "I quit!" "Well, you're fired" type of thing.
