What rights dead people DO have:
* They have the right to a trial and to face their accusers, sure they can't actually help in their defense, they can't give any testimony, and they can't say anything, but it all works out according to Putinism.
* Bob Novak can say stuff about the dead person and the dead person doesn't have to respond, it's OK, even if the dead person is dead because of a bombing done by agents of a pedophile-loving dictator.
* A dead person can even be a Justice of the Supreme Court.

What rights dead people DO NOT have:
* They can't vote
