(59,504 posts)All the old ones are still there if you click "archive" instead of 2017 on the top left. I suspect that they have not had any briefings because they do not have a Secretary or any top political people now. There have been some statements put out by the career staff, but it is not clear where they put them on the website - which is clearly under reconstruction, though keeping the same basic format.
In case you are interested in remarks, speeches etc of past Secretaries, they are archived (because the law required I think). Click on the secretary of state tab - and then select Former Secretaries, under the "In this section tab at the top right. This takes you to a full list of the Secretaries of State. At the bottom of the list - for Albright through Kerry, there is a link to that Secretaries archive. The Kerry one seems to have the full section that used to be under the Secretary Kerry tab. Clinton's looks pretty similar. (Note in both cases - when you go to a section, you need to select the year you want to see -- and there are links to her or his stuff.)
PS I went there after a friend unhappily noted that one thing he did was gone -- and it was from the front page. I knew that the Clinton stuff was there as an archive, so looked and found that the stuff is there.
