donnie is simply *not* as much of an outlier as we like to think he is. he's for virtually the complete republican platform. the one real exception is protectionism and congress can easily not pass overly protectionist laws and the senate can easily not ratify overly protectionist treaties.

plus, they all lie anyway.

the only real concern for republicans in congress as far as donnie goes is that he's too damn obvious about it.

but in practice, they'll find common ground on taxes, deregulation, repeal of obamacare, anti-abortionism, anti-immigration, right-wingers on the supreme court, etc.

they don't need to get rid of him unless he becomes way too costly interms of money or power, and he's not actually likely to do that.

moreover, if they were going to "25-4" him, they'd convince him to resign. that way he can claim to have accomplished what he wanted to, declare victory, and go back to screwing employees and suppliers in the private sector. he can't "win" in and actual 25-4 scenario.

finally, notice how his cabinet is filled with like-minded loyalists? the least likely people to invoke "25-4"?

It will be a close vote but upon further review it will be determined that DeVos misspelled her name.

that it probably won't happen. He gets whatever he wants with little effort.
