1. If the GOP is engaged in voter supression, the flip side of illegal voting,

it is best to control and frame the narrative from the very beginning. That way the Democrats will presumably be on the defensive and reacting to the GOP claims of millions of fraudulent votes.

Plus the millions of fraudulent votes meme ties in with the millions of illegals voting meme. One supports the other and combined they make a narrative for Trump supporters to believe.
