Trump Hotels

Why on earth would anyone want to stay at a Trump Hotel? I mean if any place would ever have a target on it right now it would be there. I used to travel a lot for work to mostly major cities. If I were traveling to DC for work there is no way in hell I'd stay there for the simple fact that I don't want to deal with protesters, bicycle racks, the security, and the potential risk for terrorism.

Who needs that headache? Same goes for his other properties globally.

Seriously, I'm pretty sure Trump-branded properties have and are going to continue to lose business for the reasons you list, but mostly because conventions and businesses aren't going to want to lose business themselves by being associated with a name that so many people despise.

Mar-A-Lago is his Palm Beach home but he lives on the second floor. The downstairs and ballrooms are for rent for weddings, ceremonies, galas, etc. I used to work with the event planners there. I feel bad. Lots of Jewish weddings there. Wonder how many are doing that now?

I guess he markets well but if I had $250 for a round of golf I can't imagine going to one of his courses or resorts. There are so many options available especially for the crowd he markets too.
