(2,074 posts)Lack of impulse control is an early sign, as far as I know. He is 70, and his father had it. Add that to his already existing narcissism, and you get a very dangerous infantile person in possession of the nuclear codes.

A few years back he was relatively lucid. Now he rambles and repeats himself and has no filter. That's one of the first things to go.

Trump has always had a stunted vocabulary and a poor ability to regulate himself. It is now quite noticeably worse.
