The ENTIRE Republican Party is responsible for this.

The last thing we need is in places like VA or NJ - having this on the table as Trump as opposed to the REPUBLICAN PARTY. We need them 'all' to be included. It will certainly help us in NJ in making sure we secure the Governor's Mansion in November.

I can't believe with his lifestyle, that he didn't cover some needed medical expenses for partners.

NGOs are not allowed even to mention, much less discuss or provide information about birth control. Giving away condoms in countries where AIDS is a big problem? Forget it. Allowing women to take a break between repeated pregnancies? No way. I think the ban on birth control is much more dangerous than the ban on abortions.

Plus, are not NGOs governed by the Hyde Amendment, which forbids the use of federal funds to pay for abortions?

Using women caught up in conflicts around the world, or who live in poverty, to score brownie points with conservatives who have/will never suffer from such circumstances. It's disgusting.

Trump makes his opening salvo on the War on Women. When Bush reinstated the global gag rule, he blocked women's access to family-planning services that prevent maternal and child deaths, unintended pregnancies, unsafe abortions, and the spread of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.

The statistics from Bush's policy show how devastating this policy is on poor women in developing countries. History has shown that the gag rule is counterproductive as it increases abortion rates and leads to women dying.
