A woman's FB comment about the Women's March

"I think all the women should march their asses back home, cook supper for their family and show some respect for the country in which they live."

Dozens of likes, mostly from other women, and many comments in support.

According to CNN's exit poll data, white women made up the biggest group in the race and gender demographic at 37% of which 52% voted for Trump and just 43% voted for Hillary.

I had thought that Trump's behavior an contempt towards women would drive a majority of white women to vote for Hillary Clinton.

I was wrong.

They want to be subservient and submissive. I can't understand it, but I heard similar comments on CSPAN when they were taking comments during the event.

I have seen post like that from women on my FB feed. Some from women who I know for a fact have been victimized sexually. One who grew up with a father who raped her. I think there is a fair amount of Stockholm syndrom with these women. It breeds authoritarianism too.

Did she say this when conservative women were participating in marches against President Obama? Did she say this when Michelle Bauchman was leading marches against President Obama? Did she say this when Phyllis Schafly was leading movements against feminists? Did she say this when Sarah Palin was running for Vice President of the United States?

On another note, how is it disrespecting one's country to march in protest of ideas you do not support? If it is disrespectful to march in protests, it is disrespectful when Republicans protest Democratic Presidents?

what this person said they could of just as easily said "while I respect the right for these women to march I personally did not feel compelled to. I went home and took care of my family. What we do have in common is that both sets of women have respect for their country"...there I fixed it!
