4. There's a certain... theme with some Disney villains

Being - how do I put it - "flamboyant." Scar, Ratcliffe, Ursula, Ratigan, Hades, Jafar, a few others have all been criticized for seeming to give off a caricatured "gay" vibe and reinforcing the "gay = villain" stereotype found in several areas of literature and film. So you take one of those characters and put him in "Scar diddles kids" mockup like this, and you're sort of, er, "crossing the streams," getting several things that could cause offense tangled all together.

That said, it's pretty obviously not the image maker's intent to do that... But it's worth mention.
