In the next few days, watch the inside pages of major

newspapers. Trump is going to be signing all sorts of crap, and none of it is going to be good. The front pages will be laden with news about the inauguration and goings-on around that. The real news is going to be buried inside the front section of the papers.

Our new Unpresidented leader has already signed off on pulling some FHA mortgage changes that would have helped middle class homebuyers afford a home. There's going to be plenty of things like that, and we need to be aware of them. If you see something, post something here on DU.

We need to watch this new adminstration like hawks and expose its ugly actions to the light.

This should be a running list of what Trumpov does. Voters have a short memory and Republicans do everything they can to capitalize on that.

It's unlikely that it even affected anyone though because Obama implemented it at the last minute. They were just preventing it from basically taking effect.

It's still technically a rate hike.

would have been qualified under the new premiums if they were scheduled to close on/after then because of TRID and disclosure requirements.

The decrease wasn't earth shattering, but the reversal could make or break the difference for some folks who are right on the borderline with their ratios as the anticipated payment will go up.

go into effect for loans closing effective 1/27/17. It would have lowered the monthly premium for people borrowing under FHA loan programs who will have less than 20% equity.

This was a Secretary Castro thing under HUD and it was reversed by 1:30p today.

Everything he does will show up there.

Start at https://www.archives.gov/ . That's the National Archives.

Then go to https://www.archives.gov/federal-register . The Federal Register has all the executive orders.

Wisconsin has a Republican Senate, Assembly and Governor, and I have a feeling the Federal government will now be using a similar playbook to what Wisconsin has been using.

Two recent examples in Wisconsin: dismantling the Government Accountability Board and removing information about climate change from the DNR website, both of which may sound familiar now on the federal level.

Here's a list of damage the republicans have done in Wisconsin, which may be viewed as a partial guide to the types of things to look for.
