Wait a minute ...

The gop says the President Obama's use of Executive Priviledge to block the release of information on Fast & Furious, is illegitimate; but the use of Executive Priviledge to block the release of a list of names of those present when deciding the country's energy policy, is a legitimate use?

And show that their reasons for the alleged difference. Likely that would make the Rs look hypocritical. Then again, they usually don't have a problem with that.
