Trump or Pence

If we have to have one of them for most of the next four years assuming a scandal could potentially rid us of Trump, who would you prefer?

Trump is an idiot who acts like an idiot. I prefer the idiot to the theocrat.

Why?

As much as an a$$hole that Pence is, I do not think he is a sociopath, and I think he does respect the rule of law.

I think Trump believes he is above the law. He cannot be trusted (pathological liar) and I do believe Trump is beholden
to Russia. That alone scares the crap out of me.

I cannot believe that the votes from only a quarter of the country have given us this nightmare of Trump/Pence.

Pence would be much, much worse than Trump. Fundamentalist Christians are extremely dangerous and want to bring on "Armageddon" because they believe that they will be "Raptured" out of here before the shit hits the fan. I do not want to see Pence as President, or anyone like him, ever. It's already scary enough that Pence is VP.

If nothing else works with Trump, the most we can hope for is that he reverts back to his Democratic side after he is sworn in (yes, Trump did/does? have a Democratic side) Then the Deplorables would go ape-shit. Now that would be truly funny.

One can only wish.

would you rather face a runaway horse cart or a kamikaze...

Both can kill you but the horses will charge wildly and may eventually tire and stop. The kamikaze will drive at you purposefully with support and in conjunction with others, having a clear objective to destroy you.

I'll take the horses.

Trump is a con man, not an ideologue.

He is easy to hate, personally. Pence's "aw shucks" demeanor and soft spoken words make his ideological devotion to everything we are against, far more dangerous.

Pence is smarter than Trump. Easier to get along with. More persuasive. Less ill-tempered. Thicker skinned. I think, even more hateful to gays, unions, women, minorities and every issue we hold dear.

Again, Pence is more dangerous, in my opinion, than Trump.

You do realize that pense is a fairly sensible man and not mad don't you? He is fairly effective at accomplishing things. He could probably get the GOP semi-organized. While trump will soon go down the drain and hopefully drag the GOP with him.

And anyway, Congress and the Senate will be making all the decisions anyway. The Donald will sit in the White house tweeting everyday..
