...posted by a young American woman who was traveling around the world by herself after the 2008 election, in which she related the overwhelming joy that greeted her everywhere she went? As I recall it, people universally expressed being delighted to meet someone from the country that has just elected Barack Obama.

I wish I could find it again. I read it several times over, and savored the images.

If I were traveling right now, I would want a shirt that said, "I didn't vote for the jerk."
