Is anyone else having problems with google?

My cable/internet/phone was down earlier so I don't know if it is me, my ISP or google itself.

on my mobile; worked on my laptop. That's been happening a lot and I switch to Yahoo search when it happens.

I had problems with it last night and this morning.....
nothing but a black screen.....very annoying.
