GOP Will Practically Lock Democrats Out Of Congress. Tell Them NOT To Show Up For Work.

The GOP will treat Democrats like they did the last time they had control. Democrats will be lucky to have a broom closet to meet in. The Democrats never answered back when they won.

Our mistake back in 2008 was to remove our boot from the back of the GOP's neck.

Next time, STOMP DOWN!

many years ago in the U.S., that the general thinking was that the it was the ruling party's job to govern, and the minority party's job to listen. In the 20th century, we seem to have had this Great Moderation. I borrowed that term from finance, where financial markets were less volatile post WW2 until 2008. But it seems in politics too we had this period where there was more civility, where the opposition was given more consideration than the majority was required to give them. Seems now we are returning to the "old ways" where no such consideration is given, courtesy of the Republicans. When the time comes, we should give them the same consideration.
