I heard that term as a kid decades ago.

I think it's considered a "vulgar" way to describe it, but maybe I'm wrong?

Don't feel bad. I always seemed to be the last person to have ever heard various sex-related terminology when I worked at a factory. A gay co-worker told another co-worker that he wanted to "toss my salad." I was informed and just walked away confused. I mentioned it days later to another co-worker and he busted out laughing, saying "You don't know what that means, do you?" He explained it and my initial reaction was, "That's unsanitary!!"

The factory co-workers always seemed to know the meaning of "duck butter" and all kinds of weird sex-related terminology before me. It was about the only thing most of them seemed "educated" about! Little else!

I thought it might be referencing something sexual when I first heard it, but the timing was bad because we had a food carry-in about a week earlier and I brought macaroni salad.

Lots of people there got a kick out of me not knowing about that stuff.
