Grover Norquist: The banal scourge of rational people everywhere.

If you’re not familiar with Norquist, he’s the irrationally rabid, mouth-frothing, anti-democratic douche-bag that puked out this antisocial message in 2012:

"All we have to do is replace Obama. ... We are not auditioning for fearless leader. We don't need a president to tell us in what direction to go. We know what direction to go. We want the Ryan budget. ... We just need a president to sign this stuff. We don't need someone to think it up or design it. The leadership now for the modern conservative movement for the next 20 years will be coming out of the House and the Senate. [...]

Pick a Republican with enough working digits to handle a pen to become president of the United States. This is a change for Republicans: the House and Senate doing the work with the president signing bills. His job is to be captain of the team, to sign the legislation that has already been prepared."

Well what do you know, Norquist finally got his wish: “…a Republican with enough working digits to handle a pen to become president of the United States.”

But wait a second. There’s a problem with his soon-to-be hero. The man about to be installed as the functional idiot in Grover’s wonderful world is damaged goods. His “boy” is not just bruised and a little rough around the edges. Oh no, the man that’s going to be sitting in the Oval Office is already proving himself to be a catastrophe of the first order. Trust? Gone. Integrity? None. Competency? You must be kidding. Loyalty to America? Crickets-Chirping. Moral character? Apparently not.

But all that is perfectly OK in Grover’s view because all Donald has to do is sign Ryan’s budget…. Since Donald has the requisite number of working digits.

So Grover, and all your like-minded, hateful gang who want to tear down and destroy every positive social structure our country has built, I have a question for you: When you're having your heart attack, writhing in pain on the floor and dial 911, it’s OK if no one answers because that program was de-funded by your guy that had enough working digits to hold a pen and sign the legislation removing the funding; right? Ah, that’s great then! Rest in Peace Grover, Rest in Peace.

you can do any more harm to the good people of this country. You probably wouldn't recognize them because they don't travel in your group of greedy parasites. I wish you nothing but ill as you have wished for me, my family and my friends.
