Empathy
Compassion
Concern for those less fortunate
Genuine listening skills
Willingness to compromise
Understanding
Moral character
Temperance
Calm, reasoned thinking
Rational thought processes
Emotional Maturity
Impulse Control

And this is the man-child installed in the office of the president by the Electoral College.
We did not manage our government, so now our government is managing us. Prepare to resist.
