(13,305 posts)He's so great, so sharp, so well informed, and so damned funny. How is he not the public and prominent face of the current Democratic party? Especially over many of the...ahem....less than engaging people we have out there now.

(9,831 posts)funniest president ever, I'll bet Al would be at least a 9. I almost peed myself when I saw Al mocking GWB when he landed on the deck of the Lincoln and declared "Mission Accomplished."
Not just Warren, but wasn't Obama a first term senator when he became president?

(9,959 posts)...generally, it's a loving confirmation hearing. Bottom line, Sessions says he will follow all the laws because they are the laws, not because he agrees with them. He will find laws against voting and human rights and the Trump team will provide new ones, too...

(9,959 posts)...Al does not "do" the news talk show circuit regularly. He will appear only occasionally. He's no John McCain, who must be seen more frequently than Lucille Ball.
