A question that should be asked of Sessions

I'm not sure if the Democrats asked it, but I haven't seen anything about it in the news so I'm assuming not. Will a Sessions DOJ enforce the laws that are on the books, such as the anti-nepotism statute which the PEOTUS has made apparent he's going to break on day one?
