Who the f*ck lies about dresses being sold out??

Trump spoke with a reporter from The New York Times he likes to deride and boasted, “We are going to have an unbelievable, perhaps record-setting turnout for the inauguration, and there will be plenty of movie and entertainment stars.”

Trump then added this bizarre claim: “All the dress shops are sold out in Washington. It’s hard to find a great dress for this inauguration.”

http://www.salon.com/2017/01/09/donald-trump-claims-all-the-dress-shops-in-washington-d-c-are-sold-out-for-his-inauguration-we-found-hundreds-of-available-dresses/

I was not surprised at the dig Meryl Streep and was definitely expecting his comments regarding the new Celebrity Apprentice (which he is still exec producer on, so why blast it?).... but dresses??? And "dress shops"

Like, how did he even think this was a thing? That the internet doesn't exist for shopping? That a lack of dresses somehow = YUUUUUUUGGE turnout at the inauguration? And of course it's not true, but that is not the point.

Let's say in his pretend world it is true...soooo many WOMEN are going to be at his inauguration that there are no dresses left in DC. So? First, how would he know? Does he skip intel briefings for updates on the inventory of "great dresses"? Second, why would he care? I mean, doesn't he have other things to think about? Third, ...wait I can't keep going. My head hurts from this.

Remember, this is a man whose own lawyers instituted a policy of having 2 people meet with him at all times because of the constant barrage of lies that pour out of his mouth.

He's already foisting off presidential duties to his cabinet picks. He'll continue with the middle-of-the-night twitter rages, the non-stop lying, and all the other lunatic behavior, until something has to be done about it to save the country. This would-be emperor has no clothes.

Exaggerate how amazing you are by making stuff up. In Art of the Deal Donald Trump calls one of his rhetorical tools “truthful hyperbole.” Dump is an oxymoron.

I watched that Frontline piece on him. I think it's also a form of self delusion.

He needs it to believe his own bullshit.

The Fronline piece highlighted how he fucked over stockholders when he went public and how he got his ass cleaned out in bankruptcy and went along like his bankruptcy was a win. He's a con man who has done pretty well skimming off the top while fucking over investors. At this point his only real asset is his carnival barking name.

The real bombshell is going to be when it comes out who he actually owes money to.

http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Donald-Trump-Version-of-Version-of-Golf-Courses-History-Is-False-Historians-Say-354054141.html
"The Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia includes a plaque commemorating the Potomac River as "The River of Blood" during the Civil War — but historians say no battle ever was fought at that location and the "River of Blood" name never was used.".....

The man is a pathological liar and can't help himself....it is who he is and what he does. Unless he is able to acknowledge his problem and seek help he will never change. To have voted for someone so deeply flawed and unfit to serve is unconscionable and unforgiveable.

Is that it presumes that only people from D.C. will be there for the Inauguration. As if there will not be people from all over the U.S. attending the parties and balls for the installation of tRump as the next President. How this has any bearing on anything relevant to his being President is beyond me.

tRump has been shown to be an unrepentant liar who has found no subject that is off limits for his fabrications. He has no shame and no capacity for feeling remorse. We'd better get used to it. This is going to be standard operating procedure for the new administration. However, Come back in 6 -8 months and ask the question...How's that workin' for you, Donnie? Me thinks that most Americans (Trumpsters or not) will grow very weary of this before too much longer. I've already had a belly full of it.

that he may be paying people to go around buying up dresses in D.C. so he can make these claims to "boost his ratings." He can pay somebody to burn all his dresses later.

He could also pay people to show up at the unauguration to make it look like a yuuuge crowd. It was suggested that he may have paid a crowd of people to show up at Trump Tower back when he announced his candidacy--that time he floated down the escalator with Melania in tow.

It's all about the images and the ratings.
