Is it likely that Lindsay Graham and John McCain vote

with Senate Democrats on things to do with Russia hacks? Would there be more Senators for the right voting with Democrats on Russia? Can the Senate start an investigation without the House? Just curious (and from Canada, I don't know procedural details of congress).

3. I could see it. They hate Putin more than they like Trump

They both really don't like Trump and don't have much of a future in the party outside of retaining their Senate seats. They're not going to sit idly by.
