but the truth will arrive, and unintended consequences will follow. If they vote for the tax on imports, many Walmarts will close, and probably all of the Best Buys will close. What about retail jobs?

They talked about the glaciers breaking off and warming up the water making it less salty leading to catastrophic weather and doom.

and they prefer to rule over us subtly rather than destroy us physically. Just relax and enjoy it, as the old joke goes about rape.

these days almost invariably the first thing you see on the screen is a photo or headline about Trump.

8. I really want someone to tell me it isn't going to be as bad as I think it is
Fri Jan 6, 2017, 01:08 PM
Jan 2017

sadly, no one can tell me that.

It is going to be far worse than any of us can even imagine.

I hated W. I thought he was not intelligent enough to run the country. I never thought he was trying to destroy us all. (Cheney is another story.)

I didn't like McCain, but I thought he had the best interest of the country at heart, even though I thought he was wrong on most everything.

Romney...again, if he had been elected, I'd have been disappointed and angry, but life would go on.

This feels like the end of our country, the end of elections, just the end of everything that has been consistent in my lifetime. I have two boys who will graduate from high school during this creature's term and I worry for them.

Then, I think about the fact that they will fare better than most as they are white, male, and pretty much middle class. How must mothers without the advantages I have feel about their children's futures?

I've never felt that there was no hope before.

Right now every day is like watching a plane crash, knowing that I can do nothing to stop it.

14. I have never felt this demoralized in my life

This election was so odious.

I have a 24 year son with autism who lives in a group home and attends a day program. When I drop him off at his program I see all these young adults with autism and wonder what will hapoen. to them. Chumps alt tight buddies think they are worthless losers (my brother in law who is a chump supporter thinks my son is a waste on our society - I haven't talked with him since July 3rd 2013) My sister only comes to my house and was disgusted by his comment, he is in poor health and she won't leave him because he is dying now. But that is a common attitude and he is a poster boy for someone who worked in a government job and sucks off taxpayers himself!
