I think that if he still expresses skepticism, something's up. Like the fear C.I.A or N.S.A. will come across something he wants to hide so that he can call their "false" allegations revenge for calling them out on Russian hacking.
I'm sure he'll come out of the briefing as "a great fan of the intelligence community; none greater," but the tell will be his take on Russian hacking.
