because he was such an awful asshat when he was in Congress... I was an Idaho resident/voter back then. I have not voted for an R ever and can't bring myself to even consider what they are about in their claims anymore.

At least he is speaking up, I'll give him tiny blue star sticker for it... he has years of ruinous behavior as a Congressman to atone for before I'll think even the slightest bit of positive thoughts about him.

He answered Wolf's questions forthrightly and directly.

Gotta call em as I see em.

How could you have known? But he was no friend of democracy when representing his state, he's a real church IS the state kind of guy.

an endless bone of contention between the cheetoking and the rest of the politicians on that side of the aisle... and perhaps his undoing as pResident. Too many Rs hate putin.

Who are now embracing Putin, many tell me he deserves a reward for uncovering what they are calling Democratic party lies, cheating, and corruption. Political discourse is at an all time low.

Compared to any other life form, including parasitic catfishes and the Ebola Virus, he looks pretty bad. Risch was one of the assholes who wanted to cover up the fact the CIA was torturing people during Bush's reign. There is absolutely nothing good about Jim Risch.

The only reason Risch is speaking out, is Risch hates Donald Trump. He only voted for the bastard because he hates Hillary even more.

A complete right-wing whack job possessing a calm and studied demeanor, the most insidious variety.

That huge swath of red is Labrador's district. The fucked-up-ness of this situation becomes more clear when you learn Labrador, who represents D1, and Mike Simpson, who represents D2, live ten miles apart. Which means that in reality, NO ONE represents anyone who lives north of the Oregon state line.

Mike Simpson's my rep. Not a fan by any means, but even he realizes Labrador for the extremist tool that he is. I guess they don't get on too well.

I'm only here in case my parents need taking care of. (One is 80, the other 85.) When they're both gone, so am I - and I'm good enough of a printer I can get a job anywhere.

They were in Estonia at the time and gave an on-air interview in which they said the Senate intended to address the issue. I think they will and I think Trump will have to decide which side he is on.

Should be fun to watch, in an otherwise bleak landscape.
