So, last night my bro-in-law and I were enjoying an adult beverage or two and the conversation turned to Trumps crazy tweets and transition bombshells. Tweets about nukes, military fighters, AF-1, climate change questionairs, you know the list. It appears nuts on the surface, nut but is it?
Could we all be getting stirred up over what is a historic troll job?? Get everyone inflamed and to distract from the real plan?? His end game may be radically different than we think.
Another possibility is, what we see is what we get, and the present crazyness simply serves to inflame everyone so when he introduces something not quite so crazy. Everyone gives a sigh of relief and gives thanks that its not as bad as we thought.
During the election I had multiple posts that we underestimate Trump at our own peril. I think that its still a true statement but we now have the benefit of experience.
So what do you think? Is it possible? Or did the sazerac cocktails mess up our minds?
If you have never experienced a sazarac, you are leading a sheltered existence. Here is how to make them. http://www.esquire.com/food-drink/drinks/recipes/a3876/sazerac-drink-recipe/

(9,773 posts)If he tweets something stupid in 2-3 years, jus as an example, we must still call him on it.
We cannot afford to sit back and say "Oh, that's so Donald" and then forget it.
He will never be normal.
We have to examine what he does and let it be known that it's not correct behavior.
Add to say...
We have to find a strong opposition leader that will help us do that and rally around that person.
