What I think will happen with the SCOTUS Health Care ruling.

I think they are going to strike it down, and I think they are going to wait until next Friday to hand it down, that way they can get out of town for the July 4th holiday week, and avoid the brouhaha.

probably right. I'm not going to guess at the ruling but no matter what the ruling is a lot of people are going to be mighty pissed at a bunch of judges.

They're probably wise to get the hell out of Dodge.

If it had been passed by the Republicans, after all it was a Republican idea, then it would have been perfectly legal. Because it would never have gone to the Supreme Court. Which means only Democratic laws can be defined as illegal or unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has become an arm of the Republican Party and their upcoming decision is about to prove the point.

I thought all decisions were to be released by Monday. I could be wrong, but that is what I was told.

As to what the outcome will be. I think just as Ginsburg gave a big hint with her "chopping the head off broccoli", mandate goes down but the rest stands.

The whole thing doesn't work without the mandate.
Looks like another 20 year before Universal Health Care is considered again.
