If W. Could Declare War on Iraq for 9-11, Then Obama Can Declare War on Russia for the Hack

Iraq didn't have anything to do with 9-11. Russia really did hack our elections and many of our elected officials. This is war. It won't be military war (we both have too many nukes). It will be economic war. It needs to start now, while we can still neutralize the threat.

Failure to declare us at war with Russia after they have attacked us is failure to uphold the duties of Commander-in-Chief.

President Obama, do your job. Show the nation the evidence. Declare a state of emergency. Declare us under attack. Don't be afraid. What happened to Bush/Cheney when they lied us into war? Nothing. What happened when Nixon tried to sell the nation the illegal incursion into Cambodia? The nation bought it--and asked for seconds. Congressional Republicans will bitch and moan, but they will occupy the low ground in this war of public opinion.

The nation is frightened. It needs to know that this will never happen again. The majority of the American people will side with you if you denounce Russia.

PS Obama can also declare the election compromised. This would put Paul Ryan in the White House (briefly) while another election is held, since he will be Speaker of the House next January---assuming that every other Republican in Congress does not challenge him for the post and the chance to be president. Even Paul Ryan is better than Trump. And it would only be until new elections can be held--with hack proof technology.

Truthfully, not sure we would fare well in an economic war.

Don't think there is much chance of redo on the election without proof of Russia or someone else changing votes directly. I despise Trump as much as anyone here, but just because we don't like the results and we've discovered there are more stupid people in this country than we thought, I'm not sure an invalidated election would be to our long-term advantage.

W went to war in Iraq because of 9/11 the royal 'Rump will justify war with China because of the cyber attack. Remember Iraq had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks it was just used to gin up the people to get revenge against "those" people not caring who. So the PNAC got their dream war. Of course this idiot may decide to bomb semi valley or flint, MI.

As to your PS; I don't think there is anyway short of suspending the constitution to nullify the election. There is just no provision for such action.
