have engaged in cyber warfare to stop Iran's uranium enrichment project in the past. It was so subtle that they didn't know about it until an "ally" rewrote the virus to be more aggressive. Iran discovered it, and conducted two cyber attacks of their own, one against several US banks' mobile apps, and another against a Saudi oil company.
Was trying to prevent the enrichment and subsequent development of nuclear weapons by cyber attacks an act of war?
