Just a reminder about the CIA and Iraq, since DT is lying (again).

He says the CIA lied about WMD's in Iraq.

Members of the Bush administration, including Colin Powell, provided grossly misleading information in open testimony to Congress -- not employees of the CIA.

Sen. Ted Kennedy, with his security clearance, was able to attend special classified briefings with the CIA. He said the information he'd been given there was different than what Powell had said -- and was why he voted against the Iraq war at the time. Unfortunately, because it was a classified briefing, he wasn't able to tell fellow Senators what he'd learned.

I've pointed that out on twitter to people. CIA did not want that war. Cheney neo-cons, BOLTON whose back did! GAWD. The useful idiots can't even get history from 10 years ago straight.

Everything he says is a lie. Imagine if Bush said that we invaded Iraq and removed Saddam and we the citizen bore the responsibility to check and see if any of our soldiers were actually in the ME. Crazy.

wasn't George Tenet (head of the CIA in the build up to Iraq war) also implicated in the false WMD claims?
I realize that VP Cheney was pulling the "intelligence" strings, but didn't Tenet more or less sit by?

No, that wasn't the CIA that said there were WMD's in Iraq. That would be the office of the vice-president. Dick Cheney.
